Make carrot kanji with this method, it is beneficial for health

Important Ingredients:

  • Carrot – five hundred grams
  • Ground yellow mustard – six spoons
  • Turmeric powder – one teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – four pinches
  • Mustard oil – two tablespoons
  • Salt – as required
  • Water – four liters

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, peel the carrots and cut them into one inch pieces.

– Now pour one liter water in a vessel, add carrot pieces and boil for 10 minutes.

– Now take out the carrots from water and keep them in a big bowl.

– After this add red chilli powder, yellow mustard powder, turmeric powder, salt and oil.

– Now heat the remaining water in another vessel until it boils.

Now cool this water and keep it in a glass vessel.

– Now add pickled carrots to it and keep it in the sun for 3-4 days.

In this way your carrot kanji is ready.
