MP Minor Girl Misdeed Case: A 16-year-old minor has been raped in a moving ambulance in Mauganj district of Madhya Pradesh. The accident happened in an ambulance operated under 108 emergency service. An ambulance running on the road was gang raped by two people including the driver.
Two murderers arrested
Deputy Inspector General Saket Pandey said that a gang rape was committed in an ambulance in Sagira. His sister and cousin are also involved in this act. Police have arrested two out of four accused. Two others are absconding. Whose search is going on.
How did the incident happen?
Sagira traveled in the ambulance with her sister and cousin. There was no patient. Apart from these three, his wife’s acquaintance driver and his companion were also present in the car. Suddenly his sister and Banvi came down on the road in the moving ambulance on the pretext of drinking water. The driver drove the ambulance without waiting for them. Later, Sagira was raped by the driver and his associate Rajesh Kewat in a moving ambulance in a deserted village.
Kept minor hostage all night
The DIG said, the minor was kept hostage the whole night and thrown on a deserted road the next morning. Somehow the victim reached home and informed her mother about the entire incident. He also accused his sister and brother-in-law.
Mother lodged complaint
The accident happened on 21 November. But the minor’s mother did not lodge a complaint due to fear of tarnishing the family’s image in the society. But finally he approached the police on November 25 and lodged a complaint against four people.
A sister-in-law runs away
On Wednesday, ambulance driver Virendra Chaturvedi and his associate Kevat were arrested. While the victim’s sister and cousin are absconding. A case has been registered against all the accused under POCSO Act and Indian Penal Code.
