Firozabad, November 27 (HS) The court on Wednesday sentenced two accused of theft to 6 years of imprisonment. A fine has also been imposed on them. If they do not pay the fine, they will have to face additional punishment.
In 2017, action was taken in the case of theft in Sirsaganj police station against Abid son of Sumrati resident of Lodhipur police station Chharra district Aligarh and Kailash Lodhi son of Muralidhar resident of Nurpur Sakit district Etah. The police had recovered stolen goods from them. The police filed the charge sheet in the court. The court found him guilty on the basis of evidence. The court has sentenced him to 6 years imprisonment. A fine of Rs 1500-1500 has been imposed on them. If they do not pay the fine, they will have to face additional punishment.
Prosecutor Satyaprakash Mishra and court advocate Head Constable Vedpal Singh had a special contribution in getting the accused punished.
