Hamirpur, 27 November (HS). To make Hamirpur district fear-free, District Magistrate Ghanshyam Meena on Wednesday took major action against five criminals and banished them from the district for six months. Two criminals have been ordered to mark their attendance at the police station every month. This action has created panic among the criminals.
District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue, Additional District Magistrate Judicial have taken action against 5 criminal type persons of the district under the relevant sections of Uttar Pradesh Goonda Control Act. Safat alias Sablu Khan son of Bablu Khan resident of Kalpi Chauraha, City Hamirpur police station Kotwali Hamirpur by District Magistrate Ghanshyam Meena, Jaichand son of Ram Asare Nishad resident of Diggi Danda police station Kotwali Hamirpur by Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Vijay Shankar and Khaliq Qureshi alias Khaliq Butcher. Son Ramzan, resident of Mohalla Farsauliyana town and police station Rath district. Hamirpur, Amit Singh, son of late Jagram Singh, resident of village Lidhaura, police station Majhgawan Hamirpur, Kapil son of Chandrabhan Rajput, resident of village Tola Rawat, police station Majhgawan district, Hamirpur, these 3 people have been transferred to the district by Additional District Magistrate Judicial Dr. Nagendra Nath Yadav. The District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate has expelled all these 5 people from the district for 6 months and has ordered that they should not enter the limits of Hamirpur district during the period of expulsion. Where he will reside outside the district, he will give the address of the place to the District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate Court and the police station there.
