Araria, 27 November (Hindustan Reporter). On Wednesday, a camp was organized by Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum Kishanganj at the Electricity Supply Division office premises of Forbesganj for redressal of complaints of consumers related to electricity. In which 15 consumers lodged their complaints related to electricity.
In the light of consumer complaints, the problems of three consumers were immediately resolved by the officials present on the spot.
In the camp, consumers mainly complained about agricultural electricity connections, electricity bill correction, meter not being installed on time despite applying and electricity not being supplied despite charging in the smart meter.
In the camp, President of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum Kishanganj, Ajay Kumar Ratnakar, Senior Manager Finance and Accounts Mohd. Arshad, IT Manager Milind Anand, CGRF members Sadhna Singh, Assistant Akash Kumar, Electrical Executive Engineer Vibhash Kumar, SDO Electrical Komal Kumari, JE Kailash Kumar etc. were present.
