According to a media report, the leader of Shinde faction has given a big statement saying, ‘We are ready to accept BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister of the state.’ Also, the leader of Shinde faction has clearly said, ‘The ideology of our faction is different from that of Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena faction.’

Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske has said, ‘If such a decision is taken by the Grand Alliance, the Shinde faction will accept Devendra Fadnavis as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. If we are not given the post of Chief Minister, we will not leave Uddhav Thackeray, we will accept the decision taken by the Mahayuti and will also accept Devendra Fadnavis as our leader. We are not angry with Eknath Shinde in this matter.
Shiv Sena is ready for whatever decision will be taken in the interest of the people of the state.
According to political sources, an agreement can be reached between Shinde group and BJP regarding the post of Chief Minister. At present, discussions are going on to make Devendra Fadnavis the Chief Minister and Eknath Shinde the Deputy Chief Minister. In this regard, the leader of Shinde faction also said, ‘If the decision is taken in the interest of the people of the state, then we are ready to show flexibility regarding power sharing in any situation.’
