The school management suspended the accused teacher the very next day after a case was registered against him for circulating obscene photos and videos of a student to be seen by a doctor due to illness. The management argued that if the accused teacher is found guilty in the police investigation, then action will be taken to remove him from the job. The accused teacher is absconding and his mobile is also switched off.
The 14-year-old girl, resident of Transport Nagar Chowki area of Majhola police station, is a 9th class student in the public school located on Delhi Road. The student’s father lodged a complaint with the police and said that his daughter was facing some problem in her breast, which she was shy to show to the doctor as it was a private part. The student had made a video and some photos of the breast and its surrounding areas on her mobile to show the doctor. Another student studying in her class came to know about the video and photo of the student. The father alleges that about 15 days ago there was a program in the daughter’s school. At the same time, a student studying in her class took her daughter’s mobile phone on the pretext and transferred her objectionable videos and photos to her mobile phone. Not only this, he made the photo viral among many of his friends.
On Tuesday, the school management suspended the accused teacher. The school management says that mobile phones are prohibited for any student in the school. Therefore, there is no point in making any kind of video or photo in school. Police are investigating the video and photos. The entire situation will become clear in his investigation. The school management will fully cooperate in the investigation. In the matter, Majhola Police Station Inspector Mohit Choudhary said today that on Monday, on the basis of the complaint, a report was registered in Majhola police station under POCSO and IT Act against the student’s friend and the teacher Kamran who made the photo viral and an investigation was done. Raids are also being conducted to search for the accused and he will be arrested soon. The Inspector said that on Tuesday the school management has suspended the accused teacher and has asked for cooperation in the investigation.
