Varanasi, 26 November (HS). Ravindra Jaiswal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Stamps and Court Registration Fees of Uttar Pradesh, inaugurated the “Online e-Stamp Self Print Module” in a program organized at the Circuit House Auditorium on Tuesday evening. On this occasion, the Minister of State said that now even common people can print stamps up to Rs 100 themselves from their home or shop or office. The user of this module will have to register himself only once on the website www.shcilestamp.com OR pay.ecourts.gov.in/epay/Salient. Their KYC verification will be done through the Aadhaar document of DigiLocker. After this they will be able to do the stamp duty payment and printing themselves.
The Minister of State said that currently this arrangement has been made for stamps up to Rs 100. Under this system, documents of daily use like affidavit, indemnity bond, general loan agreement etc. can be prepared very easily. Apart from Rajalingam, DIG Puneet Kumar, DIG Hrishikesh Pandey etc. were also present.
