Jammu, 26 November (HIST). The Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Central University of Jammu hosted its much-awaited Alumni Meet 2024. The program was organized under the guidance of Professor Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu and Dean Student Welfare, Dr. Ritu Bakshi. The alumni meet brought together students of the department to connect with the alma mater. The program began with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony symbolizing knowledge and wisdom after which Dr. Neelika Arora expressed her gratitude to the alumni for their continued support and participation, acknowledging their significant contribution in shaping the reputation of the Department.
Professor Jaya Bhasin, Dean, School of Business Studies, congratulated the alumni and the department. He stressed the importance of continued collaboration between the alumni and the institute to ensure its continued success and growth. Head of Department Prof. Ajay Pal Sharma also wished the students and inspired them to cooperate with the department. Meanwhile, Dr. Naresh Kumar highlighted the achievements of the department since its establishment.
He emphasized the important role of alumni in fostering a strong relationship with their alma mater. The students also presented heart-touching performances and delightful programs.
