Ahmedabad: The stock market continued to rise for the second day due to fresh buying led by foreign investors after the news of Mahauti’s victory in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. The result of which was that in two days the wealth of investors increased to Rs 50 crore. An increase of Rs 14 lakh crore was recorded.
According to informed circles, Mahayuti’s victory in Maharashtra has strengthened the optimism that the government will move forward. Apart from this, a favorable impact was also seen on the calculations of increase in new demand due to the wedding season after good monsoon. Following these reports, the Sensex closed 992.74 points higher at 80109.85 after an intraday jump of 1356 points on fresh buying by players and investors led by foreign investors. Whereas after rising 314.65 points in intraday, Nifty increased by 444 points and closed at the level of 24221.90.
Due to the rise in Sensex, the wealth of investors today (BSE market cap) is Rs. 5.87 lakh crore and ultimately Rs. Reached Rs 439.58 lakh crore. Due to the bullish trend, investors have suffered a loss of Rs. in the last two days (Sunday and Monday). An increase of Rs 14.20 lakh crore has been recorded.
After a long time, today foreign investors invested Rs. New borrowing of Rs 9947 crore was taken. While the local body spends Rs. 6908 crores were sold.
