Newly elected US President Trump announced this in a series of tweets on his social media platform Truth. He said that everyone knows that thousands of people are coming to America from Mexico and Canada. They are taking crime and drugs here to levels never seen before. I would impose a 25% tariff on all products coming into the US from Mexico and Canada.
Decision making based on drugs and crime
Accusing China, Trump said that he has talked to Chinese representatives on this issue. They said they would give the harshest punishment to any drug dealer caught doing so, but they never did. Trump had promised to double the power capacity in America before winning the election. He said he would halve energy and electricity prices in 12 months.
