Violence broke out in Sambhal on Sunday over the survey of the Shahi Masjid. Four people died in the violence, while more than two dozen people were injured. A case has been registered against Sambhal SP MP Zia ur Rehman regarding this incident, whereas Zia ur Rehman says that he was not present there. Regarding this, SP MPs have raised this issue with the Lok Sabha Speaker.

SP MPs have demanded from the Speaker to hold a debate in the House on Sambhal violence. Meanwhile, Akhilesh raised the issue of FIR lodged against the Sambhal MP and said that the FIR was lodged despite his absence. He demanded security of the Sambhal MP.

He said how will the MPs work in such a situation. Akhilesh Yadav continues to raise his voice regarding Sambhaal violence. Regarding the FIR against Sambhal MP Burke, Akhilesh said that MP Zia ur Rehman Burke was not present in Sambhal. He was in Bengaluru. However, an FIR was registered against him. He told that immediately after the court order, the police and administration reached Jama Masjid for survey. On November 23, the police administration said that the survey would be conducted again the next day i.e. on the 24th. Who gave this order to the police administration? When people wanted to know the reason for the survey, the Circle Officer misbehaved with them. In protest against which people started pelting stones. In return, everyone from police constables to officers fired from their government and personal weapons, video recording of which is being done.

Due to which many people have been injured. 5 innocent people died. Along with the police-administration, the petitioners are also responsible for spoiling the atmosphere of Sambhal. He should be suspended and a case of murder should be registered against him so that people can get justice and in future no one can do such illegal incidents against the Constitution.

The SP chief further said that if you listen to BJP, you will fall into a pit. Muslims were prevented from voting. They were mistreated. The CO misbehaved and lathicharged. After this there was stone pelting. He did all this to become a big leader after watching the movie Sabarmati. The SP chief said that these are people who steal votes. Violence was used to stop the discussion of vote looting. All this was done to hide the failure. Thousands of names were included in the FIR to create pressure.

Regarding the entire incident, Sambhal MP Zia ur Rehman said that the incident that has happened is regrettable, it cannot even be told.
