Changes are being seen in the weather of the country. Somewhere it is cold and somewhere it is raining. There is a possibility of dense clouds with strong winds in the coastal states, while in many states there is fog, due to which people are feeling cold. Squally wind speed reaching 65 kmph gusting to 45-55 kmph is likely over southwest Bay of Bengal, southeast Bay of Bengal and Sri Lanka coast on November 25. Wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph gusting to 70 kmph is expected over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh, South-West Bay of Bengal and West-Central Bay of Bengal on November 27 and 28. Wind speed in the same area can increase up to 75 km per hour.
A low pressure area has formed over the south-east Bay of Bengal and adjacent eastern equatorial Indian Ocean. Tamil Nadu and Puducherry may receive heavy to very heavy rainfall during November 25-29. Coastal Andhra Pradesh is likely to receive light to moderate rain and thundershowers at isolated places on November 27-28. The Meteorological Department has advised fishermen not to go near the coast on November 25.
Clouds will rain in these states
Many places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands will remain cloudy throughout the week. Rain will continue over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura from November 27-29, Assam and Meghalaya from November 27-30, West Bengal and Sikkim from November 25-27 and Odisha from November 27-29. There will be rain in Himachal Pradesh on 30th November.
Dense fog will remain in these states
According to IMD, there is a possibility of dense fog in many states. There will be morning fog in various parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh till 27-29 November, in Himachal Pradesh till 25-28 November and in Uttar Pradesh till 28-30 November. Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands are experiencing cold. The temperature in these states is 3 to 5 degrees Celsius below normal.

There has been no significant change in the minimum temperature in Delhi NCR in the last 24 hours and the maximum temperature has increased by 2 degrees Celsius. The sky was clear today.
