- 1 medium sized cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 8 cloves of garlic
- two chillies chopped
- roasted ginger
- a medium sized onion
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 teaspoons green coriander
- Asafoetida
- whole cumin
- rye
- Coriander
Cabbage Peas Vegetable Recipe
- Wash cabbage and peas. But chop the cabbage. Make ginger garlic chilli paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. – Add mustard, cumin, asafoetida, onion, tomato and green chilli and fry.
- – Add cabbage and peas and mix.
- – Now add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
- Keep it on low flame until it cooks well. – Then add green coriander and serve hot. Your cabbage pea curry is ready.
