1. Cold Drinks:
Children get very restless after seeing cold drinks. Often they insist on drinking such beverages after seeing their elders. It contains very high amount of sugar, which can cause weight gain, increased cholesterol, tooth decay and many other problems.
2. Fast Food:
Limit fast foods for your children, stop consuming them completely as they contain excessive amounts of unhealthy fats, sodium and sugar, which badly harm children’s health.
3. Processed Snacks taste of
Chips, biscuits and many types of snacks attract children a lot, but keep these things away from the reach of your children because they contain a lot of fat, sodium and artificial ingredients which are not at all good for the health of children. Not good.
4. White Bread:
Children like white bread or sandwiches made from it for daily breakfast, but to keep it fresh for a long time, salt is added to it. High sodium diets are not good for children. Feed whole grain bread instead.
5. Sugar Candy:
Sweet candy is the weakness of children, but parents should curb this habit as it increases obesity in children and causes many health problems. It is also responsible for tooth decay.
