Ingredients required to make Coriander Vadi
- 2 cups chopped coriander leaves
- 1 cup gram flour
- coriander powder
- turmeric, ginger, garlic, green chilli
- salt to taste
- 1-2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Oil
- ino
- water as required
How to make coriander leaves
- -To make coriander leaves, first take gram flour in a vessel.
- Add washed and cleaned green coriander to it.
- Add salt, coriander, cumin powder, turmeric, garlic, ginger chilli paste and lemon juice and mix well.
- – After this, prepare a thick mixture by adding water as required and cover it from one side.
- – Now keep two or three glasses of water in a big vessel on the gas.
- Cover the vessel and let the water heat.
- – Grease a plate with one or two spoons of oil and keep it aside until the water gets hot.
- Add Eno to the mixture of gram flour and coriander and mix well.
- – Spread the mixture evenly in a greased plate.
- Place the plate on the edge of the vessel, cover and let it rise for fifteen to twenty minutes.
- After twenty minutes, when it swells evenly, remove the plate and let it cool.
- When it cools down completely, cut it into small pieces.
- – Heat oil in a pan or kadhai on gas. – When the oil is hot, add the vadi into it.
- Fry until golden. When one side becomes golden, turn it and fry the other side also.
- Fry and serve with sauce or chutney.
