necessary ingredients:
- Chopped cabbage – four cups
- Wheat flour – four cups
- Desi ghee – one cup
- Coriander chopped – eight tablespoons
- Curd – four cups
- Green chilli – four cumin seeds
- Seeds – two spoons
- Red chilli powder – one teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, cut the cabbage into small pieces and add salt in a vessel, cover and keep it for 10-15 minutes.
– Now squeeze the cabbage and remove its water.
– Now take flour in a big vessel and add all the remaining ingredients to it and knead it.
Now bake parathas with this flour on a non-stick pan.
