Chittorgarh, 21 November (HS). The case of firing on a grain businessman and his partner about eight days ago in Vijaypur police station area of the district has not been revealed yet. There is a round of discussions regarding the firing in the police department itself. On the eighth day, a piece of copper came out from the rib near the neck of the grain businessman. There is a possibility that a fragment may have hit his neck during the firing and it was not detected at that time. When he felt pain, he went to the hospital and found that there was something stuck in his throat. It was removed by the doctors on Wednesday. Only after investigation will it be clear whose piece of metal has been found.
Information came to light that grain businessman Kavyansh Jain, resident of Vijaypur, was fired upon while returning from Neemuch Mandi to Chittorgarh last Wednesday. Kavyansh himself was driving the pickup and Pinak’s son Sanjay Aggarwal, resident of Chittorgarh was sitting on the adjacent seat and the driver was sitting on the back seat. His vehicle was fired upon by unknown persons traveling in a Bolero. In this, Pinak was shot in the hip and had to be taken to Ahmedabad. Kavyansh Jain, who was driving the pickup, started having throat pain two days ago. On the day of the incident, he did not pay any attention as there was no bleeding and no pain. But on Wednesday the pain became very severe and I could not get up. On this, on the request of the family members, he went to the hospital. Got X-ray done on doctor’s advice. In this, something was visible near the ribs near the neck. The doctor made a cut in the rib and took out what appeared to be a piece of metal. There is a possibility that a piece of bullet may have got stuck in his neck during the firing.
‘Hit fire’ was done on the driver and his companion
A video has surfaced from outside the police station after the grain businessman’s pickup was fired upon. In this, two holes have been made in the front glass of the pickup due to bullet impact on both sides. These holes have been made in such a place that it appears that the shooter had fired hits with the aim of killing. It was fortunate that the bullet did not hit directly, otherwise grain businessmen Kavyansh Jain and Pinak Aggarwal could have lost their lives.
Pinak on leave, no statements made
Here, Pinak Aggarwal was discharged after treatment in Ahmedabad. The family had come to Chittorgarh with it. But till now the police have not recorded his statement. Car stopped in the middle of the road, opened fire as soon as it got down
Regarding the case, applicant Kavyansh Jain has told the circumstances of the incident. Kavyansh told that he along with his partner Pinak and driver were bringing payment of two to three lakh rupees from Neemuch Mandi. Meanwhile, a Bolera passed by at high speed and stopped in the middle of the road. Two persons came down from it. As soon as they got down, they opened fire on the applicant’s pickup. Then he somehow took out the pickup from there and reached Vijaypur.
