BJP leader’s college students vote with fake ID

Mumbai: Assembly elections have been held in Maharashtra today. Voting started in the morning. At the time, opposition candidates in Shirdi had claimed that students of BJP leader Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil’s college had cast their votes using fake election cards. In which a student living in Dhute voted in Shirdi.

According to the information received, Congress leader Srinivas Biwi gave this information by sharing a video on his social media account. In which questions were also raised on the attitude of the Election Commission.

In the video, Srinivas claimed that students of BJP leader Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil’s college were casting their votes by showing fake election cards at the polling booth in Shirdi constituency.

In which some students from other states are coming here and casting their votes by showing fake identity cards. It was further claimed that a student living in Doothe had come here to cast his vote in Shirdi. That’s why fake voting is happening here.

At the same time, when a student was asked about Aadhaar card at the polling station, he did not have Aadhaar card. After this the student showed his election card. Srinivas claimed it to be fake.

As the video went viral and the incident came to light, opposition leaders and activists criticized the Election Commission and alleged that it was turning a blind eye to these activities. So some raised the question whether the Election Commission was working under any pressure.
