Hanuman was chosen to cross the ocean in search of Mother Sita. The sea was in its fiercest form. Seeing Hanuman ji silent, Jamwant ji said in a vigorous voice to awaken his sleeping power, O son of the wind, you are a storehouse of wisdom and knowledge. What is there in the world that you can’t do?’ Everyone knows the rest of the history. This is a parable that teaches us that we all have immense reserves of energy and power within us but these powers are dormant. There comes a time in the life of all of us when we hesitated in taking a decision, a friend encouraged us, then we took that decision easily.
If we do not find any good thinker like Jamwant who can awaken these powers in real life, then we should become Jamwant ourselves. The key to self-awareness is to repeat in our mind the good things we desire in our lives. I am healthy, I am thriving. I am not weak. I will become happy and strong soon. If there is disorientation in the mind, verbal pronunciation can also be done. Whatever message the conscious mind gives to the unconscious mind plays a role in character building. Especially the state of our mind while sleeping at night remains the same till morning. Thoughts should be pure and calm while sleeping. At the time of sleeping, by filling the mind with jealousy, pain, suffering, pain, and negative thoughts, it will continue to entangle it in an unconscious state throughout the night. The universe hears our messages only through the sound waves we send. Whatever kind of wave we send out, the same kind of wave will come back and affect our entire personality. Therefore always be full of creative thinking.
