Millet Salad Ingredients:
- Millet (1 cup)
- Onion (chopped)
- Cabbage (chopped)
- Capsicum (finely chopped)
- Pea
- Carrots (chopped)
- ginger-garlic paste
- Oil (1 tbsp)
- Sugar (half teaspoon)
- Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Vinegar (1 tbsp)
- Salt (as per taste)

How to make millet salad
- – First of all, take millet in a vessel and add water to it and wash it thoroughly.
- – Add water and millet in the pressure cooker. – Add salt and cook till 4-5 whistles.
- – Heat one spoon of ghee in a pan, then add chopped onion and fry till it turns golden.
- – Now add garlic-ginger paste, grated carrots, peas, chopped cabbage, green onion and sugar and mix.
- Finally add millet, mix well and add soy sauce, vinegar and stir a little.
- – Now garnish it with white sesame seeds and serve it hot.
