Corporation Commissioner Harendra Narayan on Wednesday inspected various areas of the city to further improve the cleanliness system of the city and ensure cleanliness as per the standards of Swachh Survekshan and directed all the assistant health officers to ensure that garbage is not dumped anywhere in the city. A burning situation should not arise and strict action should be taken if it happens. Corporation Commissioner Narayan gave instructions to impose fine on those throwing C&D waste and get it immediately picked up, to impose strict spot fine on cart and kiosk vendors spreading filth and to keep dustbins.
