MoU for Academics and Research: Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS), a Riyadh-based Saudi Arabian university, has signed an MoU with Gandhinagar-based National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) to develop collaboration in forensic science and related disciplines. Dr. Abdulmajid bin Abdullah Albanyan and Dr. JM Vyas, Vice-Chancellor of NFSU signed the MoU.
Pro. (Dr.) SO Junare informed that NFSU Vice Chancellor Dr. JM Vyas, honored with the Padmashree award, visited Saudi Arabia. Naif Arab University for Security Sciences signed an MoU with NFSU for training and research in various fields especially cyber security. Both the organizations will jointly organize seminars, conferences, workshops, research and consultancy services etc.
Dr. JM Vyas, as Vice President of INTERPA and India’s most senior forensic scientist, also participated in the INTERPA Executive Board and General Council meeting held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Pro. Junar said the NFSU team made significant contributions in its panel discussion and technical session on AI for Policing during the conference.
