Patiala: Cases of stubble burning have started increasing in the state. Stubble was burnt at 1251 places on Monday and 270 places on Tuesday. The total number of cases of stubble burning in the state has reached 9925. This figure of stubble burning on Monday is the highest this season. The air quality index is also being affected due to stubble burning in the state.
