Prayagraj, 19 November (HS). Allahabad High Court has rejected the application filed demanding hearing of 15 civil cases related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Eidgah dispute of Mathura on day-to-day basis.
Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra gave this order on Tuesday. This application was filed by party number four Ashutosh Pandey. In the application, a demand was made to hear the cases related to the dispute on a day-to-day basis. The court has accepted the application to make Shahi Idgah Mosque a party in case number three.
Also, public notice has been ordered in case number 17. The court has fixed November 28 for the next hearing. The issues of the cases will be decided on the next hearing.
