Lucknow, 19 November (Hindus). 74 officers, engineers and working agencies who did excellent work under the Jal Jeevan Mission organized at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Lucknow were honoured. In the ceremony, Jal Shakti Minister Swatantradev Singh, Minister of State for Jal Shakti Ramkesh, Additional Chief Secretary Anurag Srivastava honored all the officers and engineers by giving them water tank mementos, medals and certificates.
On this occasion, Jal Shakti Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Swatantradev Singh said that there are no complaints in the work of the staff officers of Jal Jeevan Mission. Swatantradev Singh said that every household is far from the target of 14 percent water. This has to be done on time and with a spirit of service. Jal Jeevan Mission was not implemented then, yet we were ready. Jal Jeevan Mission had received support from all colleagues and is still getting it. In Charkhari block of Mahoba, every house has got 100 percent water supply. Similarly, soon every house in all the blocks will be connected to 100 percent water supply. We have paid Rs 5-6 thousand crore directly into the account without meeting any person, there are some problems here. Which will be removed. We have not two, but four thousand hands, all of you are the team of water life.
