Feedback of cleanliness taken from people, advice given for waste segregation

Jaipur, 19 November (HS). Heritage Corporation Commissioner Arun Kumar Hasija conducted a surprise inspection in the Civil Line Zone area on Tuesday. During this, the Commissioner took stock of the cleanliness arrangements in Collectorate Circle, Meera Marg, Devi Marg, Polo Victory, Hathi Babu Marg and Session Court premises. While roaming in the colonies, the Commissioner also took feedback from the local residents about door to door garbage collection and also advised the general public about the segregation of garbage. Civil Line Zone Deputy Commissioner Seema Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Health Devanand Sharma and other corporation officials were also present during the inspection along with Commissioner Arun Kumar Hasija.

During this, Commissioner Arun Hasija inspected the cleanliness arrangements in the Sulabh Complex built in the court premises, and also instructed the officials on the spot to remove the shortcomings. At the same time, the dairy operator on Devi Marg was reprimanded for spreading garbage on the road and directed to issue challan on the spot.

While conducting a surprise inspection, the Commissioner also took stock of the cleanliness system in the nearby colonies. He went door to door asking people about Hopper’s arrival and regular cleaning. Also advised people to segregate waste. The Commissioner instructed Zone Deputy Commissioner Seema Sharma to issue challan for spreading garbage and littering on the road, and also directed to submit the report of regular challan to the headquarters.
