Ranchi, 19 November (HS). Hindpiri police station of the city has arrested the accused involved in the murder of notorious criminal Sonu Imroz. He was sent to jail on Tuesday.
Kotwali DSP Prakash had received secret information that Mohammed Imran, the criminal involved in the Sonu Imroz murder case, had come to a wedding procession in Hindpiri. After this, the police team under the leadership of Kotwali DSP took action and arrested Mohammad Imran. He was absconding after the murder incident.
It is noteworthy that on November 4, 2018, notorious criminal Sonu Imroz was murdered in a gang war in broad daylight at a taxi stand on the main road, some distance from the Daily Market police station. There was a fight for supremacy going on in Hindpiri between gangster Sonu Imroz and Sajjad. Later, Sonu Imroz was murdered by criminals when he came out of jail on bail. In this case, the court has sentenced Shamshad Alam alias Chapta and Tabrez Alam alias Chamra to life imprisonment.
