RS Pura, 18 November (His). In the coming days, the ongoing membership campaign under Sangathan Parv will be intensified by the District Border Unit of Bharatiya Janata Party and more and more people will be associated with the party.
On Monday, with the aim of intensifying the membership campaign being run by the Bharatiya Janata Party, a meeting of party workers was organized at Kumar Palace located in village Kulia. During this meeting organized under the chairmanship of BJP’s District Border President Sunil Dutt Shastri, the party’s state general secretary and MLA from Ramgarh assembly constituency Devendra Kumar Maneyal were mainly present.
Apart from this, MLA from Suchetgarh assembly constituency Professor Garu Ram Bhagat, District Incharge Rajendra Singh Chib, District General Secretary Rinku Chaudhary, senior BJP leader Surat Singh Chadak, former Sarpanch Rajni Chaudhary, former Sarpanch Darshan Chaudhary, former Sarpanch Suraj Prakash, BJP Panchayati Raj Cell. Jammu and Kashmir President Surjeet Chaudhary along with a large number of BJP workers were present. Earlier, the newly elected MLAs were honored by the party workers.
Addressing the meeting, State General Secretary and MLA from Ramgarh assembly constituency Devendra Kumar Maneyal said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has won in Jammu and Kashmir in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections and people have supported the party enthusiastically. He said that after the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, there is every possibility of Panchayat and civic elections being held in Jammu and Kashmir. In such a situation, party workers should be fully prepared and speed up the membership campaign being run by the party across the state so that more and more people can get membership of the party. He said that the party has set a target of connecting more than 20 lakh people with the party in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
