New Delhi, 18 November (HS). In view of the impending Delhi Assembly elections next year, the state BJP has intensified its preparations. On Monday, the first meeting of BJP’s manifesto and charge sheet committees related to elections was held at the residence of convenor MP Ramveer Singh Bidhuri. In this meeting, National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam shared his guidance and experience of manifestos of various in-charge states.
In the meeting that lasted for more than three hours, manifesto committee members Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Vijay Goel, Sardar Arvinder Singh Lovely, Satish Upadhyay, Meenakshi Lekhi, Pravesh Sahib Singh, Ajay Mahawar, Praveen Shankar Kapoor, Rajkumar Phulwaria, Neetu Dabas and Abhishek Tandon. Issues related to different sections of the society were put forward and everyone discussed them and started the work by listing the issues. During this, Ramveer Singh Bidhuri said that today the people of Delhi are looking towards BJP with great hope and our manifesto will be related to all sections. He said that he will soon announce his detailed manifesto making plan in a press conference.
It is noteworthy that Delhi BJP has formed a committee in conjunction with Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Vijendra Gupta to regularly attack the Aam Aadmi Party, the first meeting of which was held. In this, Delhi BJP’s assembly election in-charge Baijayant Panda held a detailed discussion with the committee members. Delhi Assembly Election Steering Committee convener Harsh Malhotra, co-convener Dushyant Gautam, National Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, former MP Ramesh Bidhuri, State Minister Harish Khurana and other members attended the meeting.
