Gurugram, 16 November (Hindustan Reporter). The third phase of the Graded Response Action Plan has been implemented by the Central Air Quality Management Commission. Under this, all types of construction and demolition i.e. C&D activities are banned. Officers should ensure that it is strictly followed in their area and continuously monitor and take action against violators as per rules. Municipal Corporation Gurugram Commissioner Ashok Kumar Garg gave these instructions to his subordinate officers.
