A report has predicted a huge jump in the number of jobs in India by 2028. The report said technology and artificial intelligence will create millions of new jobs in the next five years.

According to a report, by 2028 the number of jobs in India will increase to 45.72 crore. Whereas in 2023 this number was 42.37 crores. This means that about 3.38 crore new jobs will be created in the next five years.

The main reason for the increase in jobs is the rapidly growing economy and increasing use of technology. According to the report, maximum 27.3 lakh new jobs will be created in the technology sector. After this, about 15 lakh new job opportunities will be created in manufacturing sector, 84 thousand in education and 80 thousand in health services.

These figures show that due to technological development and economic growth the demand for jobs in India will increase greatly. However candidates have to upgrade their skills from time to time to achieve this.

AI will play a major role in generating employment in India. However, this will increase the demand for people with better technical skills. Besides, the possibility of a stable and brilliant career will also increase.

As the scope of AI continues to expand, professionals are getting opportunities to develop their skills. According to the report, there is a need to upgrade skills in areas such as software application development and data engineering.

If India can make its skilled labor force proficient in these areas, then India can become a leader in the global technology economy. For this, India will have to invest rapidly in training and infrastructure of these skills. So that we can become stronger in the future.
