Radish Leaves and Potato Recipe
2 cups radish leaves, chopped
1 potato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt as per taste
1 teaspoon oil
Method of preparation
- – Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- When it starts crackling, add onion and green chillies.
- Add potatoes and turmeric powder. Fry the potatoes until they become soft.
- Add chopped radish leaves. And let it boil on low flame.
- – After some time, add chilli, salt and coriander and let it cook on low flame for five minutes.
- When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the gas.
