Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari discussed regarding Brahma Temple Corridor and Sarovar Parikrama Marg.

Ajmer, 15 November (HS). To create a unique identity for Pushkar at the international level, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari had a detailed discussion with Water Resources Minister Suresh Singh Rawat, Draft MLA Virendra Singh Kanawat, officials and experts on Friday. Various proposals regarding construction, beautification and strengthening of Brahma Temple Corridor and Sarovar Parikrama Marg were discussed.

Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari said that keeping the mythology of Pushkar at the center, the Brahma Temple Corridor and Sarovar Parikrama Marg will be constructed, beautified and strengthened. There will be special emphasis on originality in this work. Development work will have to be done with full research as per the dignity of Lord Brahmaji. Development works promoting religious tourism will be carried out. There was also discussion about working towards increasing the importance of Shri Pushkar Cattle Fair. Theme based works should also be done according to different components of tourism. He said that Pushkar should be an international level religious center for the devotees. Tourists should consider coming here throughout the year and staying for at least two days. Adequate budget is available as per the government’s budget announcement. According to the name of Pushkar, there will be construction works with different specialties in the country. Work should be done towards re-establishing the glory of Pushkar when Lord Shri Ram performed Shraddha of his father King Dasharatha in Treta Yuga. Along with preserving the mythological nature of Pushkar, development work will also take place.

In the meeting, discussions were held on beautification of ghats, marble stone carving, installation of various structures, fountain, lighting, beautification of Sarovar Pathway, importance of each ghat, religious artwork and verses, stone mural wall, beautification of Ram bridge, FRP sculpture, façade lighting, Cobble stone path way, QR code based local information, Tensile shed structure, Multi story parking, Landscaping, Various suggestions and proposals on points like development of 7.5, 24 and 84 Kosi Parikrama route, wellness were discussed. On this occasion, District Collector Lok Bandhu, Ajmer Development Authority Commissioner Nitya K., Additional District Collector Gajendra Singh Rathore, architects Anoop Bhartia and Rimpesh Sharma were present.
