Vehicles cannot be driven on unpaved roads. The debris is not being transported. All stone crusher zones will remain closed. Mining and related activities will remain closed.

Apart from Delhi, there will be a ban on BS-3 petrol and BS-4 diesel vehicles in Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddha Nagar. There will be a ban on BS-3 light goods vehicles. However, vehicles carrying essential goods will be exempted. If the state government wants, children up to 5 years of age can stop physical classes and start online classes.

After the announcement of implementation of Grape-3, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has announced that until further instructions are received in Delhi. Classes up to 5th will be conducted online and these children will not need to come to school.
