Masala Pasta Recipe: The Italian food pasta has increasingly become a part of Indian cuisine. Be it street food or restaurant, you will easily get different varieties of pasta. Pasta is made in many ways but among these, masala pasta is also very popular. You can make masala pasta for breakfast or as a snack during the day. Making masala pasta is not very difficult and can be prepared in just a few minutes.
Ingredients for making masala pasta
- Pasta – 2 cups
- Chopped onion – 1
- Tomatoes chopped – 2 to 3
- Ginger finely chopped – 1
- Mozzarella cheese – 1 tablespoon
- Chilli pieces – 1 pinch
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli chopped – 1
- chopped coriander
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
How to make masala pasta
- – First of all, put water in a vessel and heat it. When the water starts boiling, add pasta to it.
- Boil the pasta for 5-6 minutes until it becomes completely soft.
- Drain all the water from the pasta.
- Pour cold water over the pasta and set aside.
- – Now cut tomato, onion, green chilli and ginger into small pieces.
- – After cutting all these things into pieces, put them in the mixer and grind them.
- – Take out the prepared paste in a bowl and keep it aside.
- – Now take a pan and add oil to it and heat it.
- When the oil becomes hot, add the prepared paste into it.
- – Fry the paste while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- – Add tomato sauce, cheese and red chilli powder and mix.
- – After this add salt as per taste.
- Mix all the ingredients and cook for some time then add pasta. Mix it well.
- – Now reduce the flame of the gas and cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes.
- After this turn off the gas. Delicious masala pasta is ready.
- Garnish it with green coriander, cheese and chilli flakes and serve.
