Thanks to Ellis Perry's six wickets, Bangalore defeated Mumbai and qualified for the play-offs

With the help of all-rounder Ellyse Perry's six wickets, Royal Challengers Bangalore qualified for the knockouts by defeating Mumbai Indians by seven wickets in the Women's Premier League match. In reply to Mumbai's 113 runs, Bangalore won by scoring 115 runs for three wickets. Ellyse Perry scored 40 and Richa Ghosh scored 36 runs and remained unbeaten.

Bangalore, which won the toss and fielded first, also had a disappointing start and lost three wickets, including openers Mandhana (11) and Sophie Devine (12), at the score of 39 runs.

For Mumbai, openers Hayley Mathews (26) and Sajeevan Sajjan (30) made an aggressive start by making a partnership of 43 runs for the first wicket, but after Perry broke this partnership, Mumbai started rioting.
