Do not eat pineapple in these diseases
1. Celiac disease
Pineapple is not good for people who have celiac disease, they may be allergic to gluten. Pineapple contains a naturally occurring enzyme called bromelain, which can worsen celiac disease. If celiac patients consume pineapple, they may suffer from stomach swelling, pain and many other problems.
2. Acidity
Pineapple can also be harmful for people who have gastritis or acidity problems. Consuming this may increase their problems. Avoid eating this fruit especially at night.
3. Kidney disease
The maximum limit for intake of Vitamin C is about 200 mg per day. Excessive consumption of vitamin C can harm people with kidney problems. Therefore, if you want to prevent kidney damage, then limit its intake.
4. Diabetes
Pineapple has high amount of natural sugar and calories, if diabetic patients consume it then the blood sugar level will increase and then your health may suddenly deteriorate. Diabetic patients should include other fruits in their diet instead of pineapple.
