Make delicious pumpkin barfi on Holi, this is the recipe!

necessary ingredients:

  • Pumpkin – 2 kg
  • Desi Ghee – 8 tbsp
  • Cashews – 24
  • Cardamom – 12
  • Pistachios – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 500 grams
  • Mawa – 500 grams
  • Almonds – 24

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, heat ghee in a pan and cook grated pumpkin in it until it becomes soft.

– Now add sugar to it and cook.

– Now add remaining ghee to it and fry while stirring well.

After this, add mawa and all the dry fruits and cook till it thickens.

Finally add cardamom powder to it and turn off the flame.

– Now spread the mixture on a greased plate.

– After setting, cut it into desired shape.
