You can consume Buckwheat Dahi Bhalla even during fasting, note down the easy recipe!

People often prepare special dishes during the fast. These recipes usually use ingredients like rock salt and items permitted during fasting. If you are fasting on any special occasion or festival then you can enjoy Kuttu Dahi Bhalla. It is not only delicious but also rich in many nutrients which provide energy to the body. The great thing is that it can be prepared immediately. For this you will need buckwheat flour, boiled potatoes, curd and some spices. So let's know about its recipe.

Material:

400 grams buckwheat flour

200 grams boiled potatoes

300 grams fresh curd

1 cup refined oil

2 tbsp rock salt (as per taste)

50 grams chopped coriander

10 green chillies (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp roasted cumin powder

3 tbsp sugar (as per taste)

1 cup pomegranate seeds

Instruction:

– First of all, prepare the mixture by mixing buckwheat flour, boiled potatoes, green chillies, chopped coriander and rock salt.

– The mixture should be suitable for making Bhalla. – Now place a frying pan on the gas and add some refined oil in it. Heat it slowly.

-Make small balls from the mixture and put them in hot oil. When the balls are fried well, take them out and soak them in cold water.

-After making Bhalla, prepare the curd mixture. For this, beat the curd and add sugar, black pepper, cumin and rock salt to it.

-Keep the curd mixture in a container. – Squeeze out the water from the bhallas and keep them in a bowl. Then, add curd.

– After pouring curd in the bhallas, add some pomegranate seeds on top and sprinkle rock salt as required. Now it is ready to serve.
