Washington, November 06 (HS). In the counting of votes so far in this presidential election in the United States, the star of former President Donald Trump seems to be rising. Trump has won 246 electoral votes and is leading in six swing states.
Republican candidate Trump is leading over Democrat candidate Kamala Harris. Trump has also won in North Carolina. Maintaining a decisive lead in Georgia. In America, swing states are considered to decide the fate of the presidential candidate. Pennsylvania has emerged as the most important state in this election. There are 19 electoral college votes. Here till now Donald Trump is ahead with 51.3 percent votes. Harris has secured 47.8 percent votes.
The contest in North Carolina was close. In the contest for the 16 Electoral College seats here, Trump got 50.9 percent votes. Whereas, Kamala Harris got 48.4 percent votes. In the ongoing battle for Georgia's 16 Electoral College votes, Trump has secured 51.1 percent votes, while Harris has secured 48.2 percent votes.
Trump has secured 51.7 percent of the votes in the contest for Michigan's 15 Electoral College votes. He is ahead of Harris with 46.5 percent votes. Arizona has 11 Electoral College votes. The closest competition is going on for them. Trump is leading with 49.7 percent votes. Kamala Harris has secured 49.5 percent votes.
Wisconsin has 10 Electoral College votes. In the contest for this, Donald Trump has so far received 50.7 percent votes, while Harris has received 47.9 percent votes. Nevada has six Electoral College votes. Counting of votes has not started here yet.
