Bulldozer action, which has become the identity of Yogi government, is now being prepared in Jammu and Kashmir. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has expressed displeasure and warned people that if anyone tries to provide shelter to terrorists, their houses will be razed to the ground. LG has called upon the people to unite against terrorism. If local people, security forces and local administration unite, terrorism can be eliminated from Jammu and Kashmir within a year.
I have instructed the security forces not to harm any innocent person
LG Manoj Sinha said in a program organized in Baramulla that 'I have instructed the security forces not to harm any innocent person, but the criminals will not be spared. If anyone gives shelter to terrorists, his house will be razed to the ground, no matter what happens. There will be no compromise on this. This is not oppression but a demand for justice and such justice will continue to be done.
Our neighbor is trying to create trouble
Manoj Sinha said, 'Our neighbor is trying to create unrest, but we are not worried about it, rather the people here are doing this at his behest, this is a matter of concern. Identifying such people is not only the job of the security forces and administration, but also the job of the people.
He said that if people give shelter to terrorists and then say that we are doing injustice to them, then it is not right. He was referring to the killing of a local doctor and six migrant laborers by terrorists at a tunnel construction site in Gagangir area of Ganderbal district on October 20.
People should not stand with terrorists-Sinha
The Lieutenant Governor said, 'If people do not stand against such elements then this situation will never change. I believe that those who give statements just for the sake of formality are worse than them (terrorists). His comments come amid increase in terrorism related incidents in the valley.
