Mumbai: A 41-year-old middle-aged man from Surat died while having sex with a 14-year-old minor at a hotel in Grant Road, south Mumbai. It is feared that the young man lost his life due to overdose of sexual enhancement pills.
Police said that the exact cause of death will be known only after the medical report of the deceased. An officer of DB Marg police station said that after informing about the incident, the girl's mother came to Mumbai. The woman claims that her daughter was fraudulently brought to Mumbai. Based on the complaint by the mother of the 14-year-old victim, a case was registered against the deceased under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and other sections of the Indian Judicial Code.
Sanjay Kumar used to work in a diamond company while living in Surat. He was a friend of Sagira's father. Sagira's father was undergoing treatment for paralysis. He used to help Savar and often visit the victim's house. He also helped him financially.
He had brought the girl here saying that he was going to visit Mumbai with his family and company employees. Checked in at Grantroad Hotel at 4pm on Saturday. He claimed that the victim was his daughter. It is said that he had made a fake Aadhaar card.
The girl told the hotel manager that Sanjay had become unconscious at around six in the evening. The police was informed about this. Later the hotel staff and police took him to the hospital but he died. A 41-year-old man is suspected of taking too many stamina pills before having sex with a 14-year-old girl. There is talk that he died of a heart attack due to consuming an excessive amount of pills.
Post-mortem of the deceased has been conducted and the viscera has been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory at Kalina for chemical history. The exact cause of death will be known after its report.
