New Delhi, 06 November (HS). The last rites of folk singer Sharda Sinha, famously known as Bihar Kokila and decorated with Padma Bhushan, will be held in Patna. His mortal remains will be sent to the capital of Bihar by plane from Palam Airport in Delhi.
Sharda Sinha breathed her last at 9:20 pm on Tuesday at the age of 72 at Delhi AIIMS. She was suffering from blood cancer for six years. On October 26, when his health deteriorated, he was admitted to the Medical Oncology Ward of the Cancer Center at AIIMS. It has been told that after 12 noon in Patna, her relatives and loved ones will be able to see the mortal remains of Sharda Sinha. His last rites will be performed with full respect on Thursday.
