New Delhi, 04 November (HS). Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad for academic cooperation. The MoU was signed in the presence of KK Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL and Dr. Nirmalya Bagchi, Director, ASCI, Hyderabad.
According to the Steel Ministry, the MoU has been signed between SAIL and ASCI Hyderabad today at the company's corporate office in New Delhi. This MoU will facilitate the conduct of customized management development programs for newly promoted officers of SAIL. The ministry said that this agreement between SAIL and ASCI is part of SAIL's overall learning and development (L&D) strategy to collaborate with reputed institutions to provide more educational exposure to the company's executives, thereby enabling them to take up leadership positions.
