November School Holidays 2024: There is good news for school students. After October, there are going to be many holidays in the month of November also. Schools remained closed on 1st and 2nd November due to Govardhan Puja and today on 4th November all schools will remain closed due to Sunday. After this, there will be a holiday in schools of many states on the second Saturday of 9th November and on 15th November due to Guru Nanak Jayanti.

There will be a holiday in schools in many states on 6th November due to Chhath festival. 14th November is Children's Day in schools, so on this day colorful programs are organized in most of the schools, in some schools there is fun for the whole day, in some there are half day classes, while in some places there is a holiday in the schools. Schools will remain closed on 10th, 17th and 24th November as they are Sundays.

Know when and where schools will be closed in November

In Uttar Pradesh, all schools will remain closed due to Chhath on 6th November, Guru Nanak Jayanti on 15th November and Guru Tegh Bahadur Jayanti on 24th November.

Keeping in mind Chhath Puja in Bihar, Nitish Kumar government has ordered to keep schools closed from November 6 to November 9.

Government schools will remain closed on November 6 in Jharkhand due to Chhath. A government holiday has been declared in Delhi on Thursday 7th November.

According to the list of holidays declared by the Punjab Government, schools will remain closed on 15th November due to the Gurupurva of the first Patshah Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Martyrdom Day of Shaheed Sardar Kartar Singh Sarabha on 16th November on Saturday and 17th November being a Sunday, hence 15th, There will be three consecutive holidays on 16th and 17th November and schools, colleges and government institutions will remain closed.

All government offices, banks, colleges and schools will remain closed on November 13 due to by-election voting in Sisamau Assembly Constituency 213 of Uttar Pradesh.

Manshamata Chauth has been declared on 5th November in Banswara district of Rajasthan and local holiday has been declared on 14th November in Ajmer district due to Pushkar Fair.
