Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Yojana (AB PMJAY), which now covers citizens aged 70 years and above. Through this scheme, more than 6 crore senior citizens from 4.5 crore families will get the benefit of health insurance. AB PMJAY will provide free treatment to senior citizens up to Rs 5 lakh in panel hospitals. Senior cities will get a unique card under AB PMJAY. How to download Ayushman card
Step 1: First of all go to https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/ for Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
Step 2: Now select the beneficiary option.
Step 3: Later log in with your mobile number.
Step 4: Verify the mobile number by entering the OTP received in the text message on the phone.
Step 5: After verification you will be redirected to a new page.
Step 6: Here you have to select the scheme you want to apply for.
Step 7: After selecting AB PMJAY scheme here enter your state, district and sub scheme.
Step 8: You can check whether you are eligible for Ayushman Card or not by your name, location, Aadhar Card, Family ID or AB PMJAY ID.
Step 9: After selection a new page will open in front of you. While your family history will be visible, you will also be able to know whether any member of your family has registered for this scheme or not.
Step 10: Here you will find the download option next to the name of the registered family member.
Step 11: After clicking on download enter your Aadhar card details and mobile number.
Step 12: After doing this, the Ayushman card will be downloaded in the phone.
Step 13: Now you can avail free medical benefits with the help of QR code AB PMJAY ID given in the card.
