An electrician has died in a massive fire at the under-construction Lotus Grandeur Banquet Hall in Sector-74, Noida. 15 fire tenders brought the fire under control. Late night a fire broke out in the banquet hall. Due to the large size of the banquet hall, it took a long time to extinguish the fire. A lot of damage has also been caused by the fire.

DCP Noida Rambadan Singh said that around 3.30 midnight we received information that a fire had broken out in the Lotus Grandeur Banquet Hall located in Noida Sector 74. Within 15 minutes of receiving the information, 15 fire engines reached the spot. DCP said that in this incident an electrician named Parminder died due to burns. Rescue operation is going on. The cause of the fire is not clear yet.
