There is a famous monastery of Sri Panchamukhi Anjaneyar Swamiji (Lord Sri Hanuman) at a place called Kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu. Here Lord Hanuman is worshiped in the form of 'Panchmukh'. According to mythological belief, Lord Hanumanji took the Panchmukhi form to kill Ahiravana and Mahiravana. All the sorrows and pains of the devotees go away just by seeing this temple.

Located in Hampi in Bellary district of Karnataka, this temple is especially known as Machini Hanumanji. Some scholars also say that this area belonged to the ancient city of Kishkindha. This place is mentioned in Valmiki Ramayana as well as Ramcharit Manas. Even today many caves are found here. A special festival is celebrated in this temple for three days from Sri Ramnavami. Special decorations are done here on other occasions also.

Shri Sankatmochan Temple, Uttar Pradesh

This temple located in Varanasi city of Uttar Pradesh is famous all over India. The environment of this place is very peaceful, that is why a large number of devotees come here for meditation. A grand temple of Dulya Maruti is located in Pune, Maharashtra. This temple is considered to be more than 350 years old. This temple made of stones is very attractive. The idol of Dulya Maruti is basically made of black colored stone. An idol of Lord Ganesha is also installed near the idol of Lord Hanumanji. Devotees come here on Tuesday, Saturday and festival days.
