Just before the Lok Sabha elections, BJP has played the backward class card. By removing nine and a half year old Chief Minister Manohar Lal, BJP has also given a political message that BJP will stick to non-Jat politics in the state.
Coming out of the legislative party meeting, BJP MP from Karnal Sanjay Bhatia said, 'It is difficult for anyone to reach the line that former CM Manohar Lal has drawn in Haryana politics. Facilities have been provided to the people of the state. It is impossible for anyone to reach here.
PM Modi had called Manohar Lal an old friend
In the rally organized on the occasion of inauguration of Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi described Manohar Lal as his old friend. While laying the carpet, Modi had described Manohar Lal as his partner. After this change, it is believed that Manohar Lal may get a big responsibility in the central organization of BJP.
